PRODUCT / SERVICE SUBMISSION FORM
Thank you for choosing to submit your product(s)/service(s)
for evaluation and possible approval for induction into IPi™ Product
Guide.
Product Submission Policy:
It is the policy of IPi™ to provide
the highest quality evaluation and testing of products submitted to us
for review. Products which are submitted for our review must meet our strict
evaluation guidelines and
obtain a minimum rating of "3", in order to be inducted and become
a recipient of the "IPi™ Seal of
Approval."

We use malls, schools, airports,
and other public locations for hands-on evaluation of products. Participants
sign up to participate in the product evaluation and fill out an
evaluation form which is submitted upon completion. |

We do NOT publish reviews
on any product which we feel can be seen as offensive in content,
has packaging which we feel is of bad visual influence with children
or not acceptable according to CSI™ ChildSafe™ standards. |

We do NOT test prototype products
with children. |

We do NOT return products
which are submitted. Products are either kept by the general public
evaluation participants, donated to schools, or donated to charities
for disadvantaged children. |

Please ship your products to the following offices for review upon completion of this form.
Evaluation and analysis generally is completed within
a MINIMUM of 30 business days following reception of product. This is depending
upon number of products under evaluation at the time of your product(s) reception.
By performing thorough instead of a cursory evaluation of each product, we
can ensure nothing but the very best in the product evaluation process results.
