developing new strategies and solutions that make a positive difference

PROJECT: Education Outreach™ -
Chicago
Some of The Toy Man® Product
Guide staff will be in New York during Toy Fair 2010 in February
for PROJECT: Education Outreach™ - New York.
Two schools in New York will be recieving
a number of innovative educational games and other items which
have been donated by our sponsors.
The Toy Man® hosting
several public spontaneous events where the general public
can sit down and experience Play with various games and multiple
other products, providing feedback following their working
with the product(s).

IParenting Institute Has Passed The Torch
The IParenting Institute™,
IPi™ was the original organization which created The Toy Man® Guide
back in January, 1971. With the recent filing for 501(c)3 status,
it was advised by the IRS examiner to separate The Toy Man® Product
Guide from IPI™ and re-file our application due to a potential
issue with new IRS regulations.
The Toy Man® Product
Guide
was a "Non-Profit" publication, but the
companies who submit the products which are evaluated are "For-Profit" corporations.
In order to avoid any possible "assumption" by
the IRS of
The Toy Man® Product Guide being used as a
profit
making tool as part of the IPi™ it is now a division
of GreyWolf
Corporation™,
a not-for-profit corp. More details will be announced following
Toy Fair 2010.

Each week we take pride in recognizing
the latest products to be inducted into The Toy Man® Product Guide through "New
Inductee" anouncements. Within these announcements, you will discover the latest products that have proven they have what it takes! We
welcome you to browse through these announcements and read the evaluation
